Sister Margaret Ann has a chainsaw and she’s sick of all this hurricane horseshit.
On Tuesday, the Miami-Dade Police Department shared footage of Sister Margaret Ann going to town on some fallen trees that were knocked down during the brutal Hurricane Irma which devastated communities across Florida. According to the department, the sister works at Archbishop Coleman F. Carroll High School, and she just wanted to help clear the roadways. She has unexpectedly become the hardcore mascot of Irma recovery.
Sister Margaret Ann was interviewed about her viral fame on CNN Tuesday, and she simply said, “There was a need, I had the means, so I wanted to help out.”
She’s got the means, for sure: a wicked motorized blade that hacks through stumps like butter! Vroom vroom! Police tried to stop her, but she can’t be stopped:
“He said, ‘You know though, Sister, the police will do this.’ And I said ‘but it’s going to take them too long ... it’s dangerous, people are going to get hurt here.’”
You’re doing the Lord’s work, Sister Margaret Ann.
