There's a Nazi Hunting TV Show Coming Courtesy of Jordan Peele

When does Jordan Peele sleep?

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Peele is executive producing a drama set in the 1970s called The Hunt, as part of his TV development deal with Sonar Entertainment. This is not to be confused with the thriller he’s working on with Spike Lee, which is also set in the 70s, about taking on the KKK—this one is about taking on Nazis:

Inspired by true events, The Hunt follows a diverse band of Nazi hunters in 1970s America as they set out on a quest for revenge and justice — tracking and killing hundreds of Nazis who, with the unconscionable help of the U.S. government, escaped justice and embedded themselves in American society.

Though there’s currently no network attached, The Hunt is apparently already drawing interest. A source said the project started circulating after the recent events in Charlottesville illustrated how many more Nazis there are out there to hunt down. It’s exciting to see how the success of Get Out has opened the way for all these Peele Projects. If he wants to make movies and TV shows about racists getting theirs for the next decade, well, that sounds just great.
