The Daily Mail reported that on Saturday Pamela Anderson personally delivered several Pret A Manger bags and a copy of fashion designer Vivienne Westwood’s new book to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange at his home he can’t leave in London’s Ecuadorian Embassy. As evidence, the Mail furnished a picture of Anderson’s pale pink stilettos climbing the entrance to a building that looks exactly like the embassy.
But why? I must know.
The mystery has something to do with Westwood, who, according to the Mail, arranged for the two to meet back in August 2014. Either it was a secret meeting or no one noticed until the Mail reported about it shortly after.
Westwood told the Mail at the time that she and Anderson were supposed to go to the embassy together the previous day, but Anderson forgot the date and had to fly solo. Westwood added that Anderson sought out Assange to, “help people with her new trust, and that he gave her some ideas on how to do that.”
Around this time, a blind item on an unverifiable gossip site appeared, claiming Anderson and Assange hooked up.
What was in those Pret bags?
