Gather ‘round everyone, it’s the first Republican presidential debate of 2016! Taking place in Charleston, South Carolina, this debate — the SIXTH one we’ve had to endure — will feature the lowest amount of candidates on the stage thus far. Since Carly Fiorina and Rand Paul were bumped down to the earlier undercard debate (which a butthurt Paul skipped), the main stage will include Donald Trump, Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush, Ted Cruz, Ben Carson, Chris Christie and John Kasich.
According to the Hill, this debate might see the end of Trump’s and Cruz’s friendly bromance play out onstage, with Trump’s recent comments about Cruz’s Canadian birth certificate, along with revelations concerning an unreported Goldman Sachs loan for Cruz’s 2012 Senate bid. Juicy!
The malignant seven will go head-to-head at 9 p.m. EST on the Fox Business Network. Cheers!
