They could put out a new iteration of Chef’s Table every month and I’d be happy about it, but then it wouldn’t be Chef’s Table—careful, even-handed, and beautifully shot. But the new, four-episode stint that drops on Netflix today (just in time for your Hurricane Hermine-thwarted Labor Day weekend) is convincing me that maybe there could be Chef’s Table all the time?
This season takes on Alain Passard, Michel Troisgros, Adeline Grattard and Alexandre Couillon, and while it’s the usual chef-upsets-the-establishment story, this time there’s a dramatic French spin!
And FYI, Season 4 is coming in 2017.
