A man in Portsmouth, England was arrested for allegedly pretending to be a ghost in a cemetery as people nearby attempted to mourn a loved-one. 24-year-old Anthony Stallard was taken into custody and fined £35 for the imitation, leading one to wonder what exactly UK law officials are trying to cover up here...
According to the Daily Mail, Stallard:
was reported to police after he was seen throwing himself backwards and saying 'wooooooh' at Kingston Cemetery in his home town of Portsmouth, the city's magistrates heard.
Shortly before that, Stallard, who is unemployed, was seen kicking a football at graves with a friend.
"I'm assuming he was pretending to be a ghost," Prosecutor Tim Concannon told Portsmouth Magistrates' Court.
It's a safe assumption on Concannon's part...OR IS IT?
Let's take a look at a screengrab taken from the Daily Mail website:

AND AGAIN:
Is this the story of a guy being a jerk in a cemetery or yet another move by the ever-present ghost lobby?? The Government would rather that we didn't ask questions, but the TRUTH cannot be denied.
