K-Pop Superstar Kim Jong-Hyun Dies at 27

Kim Jong-hyun, the lead singer of the K-pop group Shinee who recently began a solo career, has reportedly died at the age of 27 of carbon monoxide poisoning. Per reports from South Korea’s Yonhap agency, Jong-hyun “was found unconscious at his home in Seoul on Monday evening in an an apparent suicide.”

Writes The Guardian:

The Yonhap agency reported that Kim’s sister had received a text message from her brother shortly before his death that read: “Please let me go. Tell me I did well. Final farewell.”

Shinee’s fifth album was released earlier this year, and their 2017 tour was attended by over half a million people.

Diddy, whom we are no longer calling Brother Love, would like to buy the Carolina Panthers, and would like you to spread the word. I know this because in a tweet published late Sunday night, the mogul shared that he would “like to buy the @Panthers,” and that his followers should “spread the word.”

In an accompanying tweet, Diddy explained that he would like to “make history” by becoming the first African American with a “majority” ownership of an NFL team. He detailed (“detailed”) his plan further in an Instagram video, because one platform is not enough:

“I will be the best NFL owner that you can imagine. I will immediately address the Colin Kaepernick situation and put him in the running for next year’s staring quarterback...But also I will have the best halftime show, the best selection of music, and we will win Super Bowl after Super Bowl.”
