We typically don’t hear stories about Jennifer Lawrence’s bodily functions and fluids unless she’s promoting a movie, so when I first read the Page Six story detailing Lawrence’s very recent and very public bout with the stomach flu, I jumped over to her IMDB page to see when her new film Mother would be released. October 17. Three months away. The promotional cycle has officially begun.
But back to the barfing. Page Six reports it all went down while Lawrence was seeing 1984, but that the show (which has caused plenty of people to get sick in the past) had nothing to do with the upchucking. A “friend” told the site that Lawrence merely “caught the stomach flu from her nephews.”
Said another source, who was in the audience:
“Midway through the show, Jennifer Lawrence bolted from her seat. Several people saw her getting sick in the lobby. The ushers were very helpful and courteous in helping her out.”
Anyway, stomach flu is a true nightmare, I feel for J. Law, and Darren Aronofsky’s Mother hits theaters October 17.

The emergency court order Madonna filed yesterday to keep an auction site from selling stuff she claims was stolen from her home (including underwear, old photos, and a hair brush) worked, as TMZ is reporting all 22 of the items previously up for bidding have been “removed.”
Gotta Have Rock and Roll, however, is not going down with a fight. In a statement, they wrote:
“Madonna and her legal army have taken what we believe to be a completely baseless and meritless action to temporarily halt the sale of Ms. Lutz’s legal property. We believe that her intent is nothing more than to besmirch the good reputations of the auction house and Ms. Lutz. Madonna’s allegations will be vigorously challenged and refuted in a court of law in due course.”
That’s a nice little statement, but I doubt we’ll be hearing from them again.

Will someone who was recently at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Spa in Hyde Park, London please find Emma Watson’s “most meaningful and special possession,” a silver ring given to her by her mother?! After removing it for a treatment, she forgot to take it back out of her locker, and now the Spa has no idea where it is.
