Hillary Clinton, presumptive Democratic nominee for President and legendary texter, will reveal her pick for Vice President sometime Friday in a text message, according to MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell. The announcement will reportedly be sent out “before her rally this afternoon in Tampa,” and the two will make their “first joint appearance” on Saturday.
