The AP reports that after the recount, the voting totals in Wisconsin “barely budged.” Trump has yet to respond, although surely a gloating tweet is mere minutes away. Meanwhile, Jill Stein is railing about Pennsylvania, where a federal judge said it “borders on the irrational” to say any hacking of the voting machines might have occurred.
