The Jill Stein-backed recount in Wisconsin has concluded, and Donald Trump still won the state by some 22,000 votes. Meanwhile, a judge has rejected Stein’s effort to continue a recount in Pennsylvania. The AP reports that after the recount, the voting totals in Wisconsin “barely budged.” Trump has yet to respond, although surely a gloating tweet is mere minutes away. Meanwhile, Jill Stein is railing about Pennsylvania, where a federal judge said it “borders on the irrational” to say any hacking of the voting machines might have occurred.
