A devoted dog chased after an ambulance that was taking its owner to the hospital, desperately trying not to be separated from him.
This is one of the most touching videos I have ever seen. If you're a dog person you probably will burst into tears while watching this. According to the New York Daily News, the pooch's owner suffered a seizure. When the ambulance came to take him to the hospital, the little dog refused to stay behind, chasing after him because that's what you do when you love someone and you are worried about them but you don't know how to drive a car.

The paramedics got the hint and let the canine inside, reports the Brazilian news outlet Globo. Celiomar Ferreira do Couto, 42, who made the video, told Globo everyone was touched by the animal's dedication. When they arrived at the facility the patient was placed on a stretcher and the dog stayed at his side.
It reminds me a lot of Buddy, a dog in Texas who also took an ambulance ride with his owner.
Hug and kiss your pets, everyone. They may chew up a nice pair of shoes here and there or give you the occasional side-eye when they don't care for the food you're giving them (CATS I'M LOOKING AT YOU), but they love us. They really do.
