We’re here at the Conservative Political Action Conference 2016. Here are some regular updates about how we’re feeling about that, emotionally.
It’s morning on CPAC’s first full day. Glenn Beck looks tan and serene, burbling inaudibly into a microphone. Former Governor of New Mexico Gary Johnson is soothingly telling the crowd in the main ballroom about summiting Mount Everest “on a recently broken leg. I’m a fierce competitor.”
Us too, Gary. We are competitors. We are survivors. We’re gonna make it through this.
