In this, one of the many teasers for Tuesday night's Parks and Recreation double header on NBC, we find out that the greatest FBI agent that has ever existed in time, Burt Macklin, is back. Macklin, ever the hero, returns to bust some puppy hating scoundrel, thanks to Andy Dwyer aka Chris Pratt who is now a children's television star in Pawnee (don't ask; just watch the show). Stars like Retta have been teasing fans with hints of fan favorites from past episodes making a return (Treat Yo Self is coming back, too!) But I can safely say the return of Macklin is probably one of the greatest things to happen so far.
