I disagree. I think asking how and why is what we need to do in order to make sure that we look at the laws and consider whether they need changing. Just saying “it happened and it’s the law” doesn’t seem helpful when we’re looking at an apparently gifted teacher who was shafted by the administration for a mistake… Read more
