Model Montia Sabbag has come forward officially as the woman appearing in the video with alleged philanderer Kevin Hart, appearing at a press conference Wednesday with her attorney, Lisa Bloom.
People reports that it’s still unclear who the extortionist is in all this. Bloom spoke for Sabbag, saying that her client encountered Hart at a Las Vegas hotel about a month ago, and was filmed without her knowledge. Bloom suggested Hart join them in their hunt for the perpetrator, and claimed there was no current investigation into the matter with authorities, though they were planning to report the crime:
“Montia and I are not asking for a cent from Kevin Hart. This is not about money,” the attorney said. “We are not suing him. We are not making any claims against him. Kevin Hart appears to be the victim of this criminal, just as Montia is a victim of this criminal.”
Since the allegations of cheating broke and Hart revealed someone was attempting to blackmail him, he has appeared out with his wife, Eniko Parrish. According to an inside source, things aren’t so hot for Hart right now at home:
“Kevin’s not doing too well,” the source says.. “He’s really embarrassed that all of his personal business is out there for everyone to see.”

Rosie O’Donnell and her daughter Chelsea Alliegro continue to be estranged, and it’s sad. Especially as they continue to communicate to some degree via social media/actual publications. Alliegro gave an interview to US Magazine announcing her pregnancy and also declaring that O’Donnell would have no part in the baby’s life. Soon after, O’Donnell tweeted a message to Alliegro about her presence in the press:
