The social media standoff between Kendall Jenner and popular Williamsburg “haunt” Baby’s All Right over an alleged failure to tip has escalated, which is perfectly fine by me, as it is the only nuclear confrontation I am emotionally capable of engaging with right now.
To recap: first, the bar published an Instagram accusing Jenner of failing to tip. Que escándalo!
Then, Kendall rebutted that she tipped in cash, and Baby’s deleted said Instagram.
It was assumed that Kendall had prevailed over this latest PR disaster, and for about 24 hours, all was quiet. But then, on Tuesday night, Baby’s reposted their Instagram and doubled down, claiming via hashtag that Kendall was lying and did not, in fact, tip in cash:
Then, on Wednesday morning, Baby’s deleted both Instagrams again! Dang! What? We’ve reached back out to Baby’s All Right and Jenner’s rep and will update if we hear back. Meanwhile, my other question is whether LexiLex is a Democratic Socialist, as the rose next to her Twitter name indicates.
