Yes, really, I am.
After nearly two weeks in the most vibrant city in the southern hemisphere enjoying international athletic competitions and countless caipirinhas, I am back home. Seriously!
I know some of you thought that Kate’s highly entertaining updates on my whereabouts and state of being (fine!) were nothing more than an elaborate ruse to disguise some larger malicious intent, I’m here to say: I’m fine!

I really do hate Snapchat. I am now a fan of women’s weightlifting. I did get a mosquito bite and it was, in fact, a rather long walk from the bus to the Olympic Village.
For those of you who loved cracking jokes: No I don’t have Zika, (and even if I did, I don’t plan on having a child anytime soon, so who cares!) and I didn’t get any other illness because seriously, what the fuck is wrong with you people? Rio de Janeiro is a major, modern metropolis.
Anyway, now that I’m back, I may be inclined to answer a few questions of your burning questions in the comments, of which I’m sure there are many. Also, thanks for liking my face.
