As the National Weather Service warned of a snowstorm of “historic proportions,” the National Zoo’s panda, Tian Tian, went rolling in the snow. Sure, states of emergency have been declared in New Jersey, North Carolina, Maryland, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Virginia, the District of Columbia, and New York, but the giant panda is having the time of his life.
