Shannon Perry — the owner of Valentine's Tattoo in Seattle, Washington — had a big challenge on her hands when a client came in with a bad, very '90s tattoo of Japanese characters that she was was hoping to have covered up. Then inspiration struck:
"We couldn't figure out what to do to cover up this white girl's #kanji neck tat, so we figured that sometimes, the best thing to do is just apologize," Perry wrote on Instagram.
Cute, funny and evolved!
