Today was a big momma thang for Lil' Kim, who gave birth to her first child this morning in New Jersey. The baby—a little girl who weighed in at 6 pounds, 5 ounces—has become yet another in a long line of unfortunately-named celebrity babies.
Royal Reign. That's what she named her kid, lest you forget that Lil' Kim the Queen Bee, so you best take heed. Shall I proceed?
The last time we heard of someone being named Royal, it was Gene Hackman's character in The Royal Tenenbaums. So apparently its a unisex name. The only time we've heard of someone being named Reign, it was a character in Mob Wives star Renee Graziano's erotic novel. So if nothing else, little Royal Reign should be a character.
But seriously, congrats to the new mom and we hope she finally got her registry fulfilled!
